Technology Proficiencies

I’ve been using a personal computer since 5th grade, when I got an Apple 2 plus. I’m comfortable with Apple, iOS, Chrome and Windows platforms. All of the schools I’ve worked at have been cross-platform, although ASIJ and ISA are mostly iPads and Mac, CAC was predominately Mac, while AES was predominately Windows XP. I’m a trained and experienced system administrator on Veracross, Blackbaud, FinalSite, FirstClass, and Google Apps for Education. I’m good with photo and video editing, spreadsheets and databases, creating data visualizations, and designing websites. I don’t think “technology” should be limited to computers; I am experienced at using science data probes, GPS devices, programmable robots, digital cameras and video cameras, mobile devices, and other gadgets. I have a true passion for technology of all sorts.
